When Screen Printing Is the Right Choice
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric. One screen is burned per color, then that same screen prints every shirt in the run. That setup is why the method needs a minimum — and why the price per piece keeps falling as quantity rises.
It's the best method when you need 12 or more pieces, your design uses one to three solid colors, and you want a print that outlasts the garment.
For a single shirt, or for a full-color photographic design, DTG printing is the better fit — no minimum, no screens. For small runs in full color on any fabric, DTF transfers work from 12 pieces.

Screen Printing Methods We Use
Traditional screen printing. The standard for volume. Ink pushed through a mesh screen straight onto the garment. Best for 12 or more pieces, designs of one to three solid colors, large format prints and results that last.
Discharge printing. Removes the dye from the shirt and replaces it with ink, producing an ultra-soft, breathable print with no plastic feel. Best for dark garments and fashion or retail brands where hand feel matters.
Screen print with DTF. For complex multi-color artwork on smaller runs we combine methods — full color without burning a screen for every shade.

T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, polos, athletic jerseys, work uniforms and safety shirts, tote bags and aprons. Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level and other standard brands — or bring your own garments and we'll print on those after a compatibility check.
Turnaround and Same-Day Screen Printing
Standard screen printing turnaround is 2–5 business days depending on quantity and the number of colors.
Same-day screen printing is available Monday through Friday. Call before noon and we'll confirm whether your run can go out the same day — a rush fee applies. When the shop is running light, we can often take same-day work later in the afternoon, so it's worth calling to ask either way.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM, full service — call ahead before visiting. Saturday and Sunday we take orders online only; no walk-ins and no same-day on weekends. The quote form runs 24 hours a day.

3. Approve the proof. We send a digital proof before anything is printed. Faster approval means faster production.
4. Pick up or ship. Collect at our Miami Gardens shop or we ship to you.

What's the minimum for screen printing?
Twelve pieces. Below that, DTG printing has no minimum and works out cheaper for small runs.
How much does screen printing cost in Miami?
From $12 per shirt at 12 pieces for a one-color design, dropping to $4–6 per shirt on runs of 72 or more. Prices exclude the garment, and a setup fee applies per color.
How many colors can you print?
Up to six. Each color needs its own screen, so cost rises with color count. For full-color or photographic artwork, DTG or DTF will cost less.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, per color — screens have to be burned for each one. It's the only method where we charge setup; DTG, DTF and embroidery have none.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. We inspect them for compatibility first — some blends and coatings don't hold screen print ink well.
Do you print on dark garments?
Yes. Dark shirts need a white underbase layer, which adds a screen and affects pricing.
How long does screen printing last?
Properly cured, it outlasts the garment. We cure at the correct temperature on every run.
How fast can you screen print?
Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days. Same-day is available Monday through Friday for orders placed before noon, with a rush fee.
Do you ship outside Miami?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is available in Miami Gardens.
