Q2. Where is King DTG located and what are your hours?
King DTG is located at 1301 NE Miami Gardens Drive, Suite 103, Miami Gardens, FL 33179.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM — full service including walk-ins, pickup, production and same-day printing. Please call ahead before visiting, as our staff occasionally step out to collect supplies.
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM — online only. We accept orders, artwork and quote requests, but there is no walk-in service and no same-day production. These are our scheduled equipment maintenance days, which is what keeps our same-day turnaround reliable during the week.
Online orders and quote requests are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pricing — How Much Does Custom Printing Cost?
Q6. How much does custom t-shirt printing cost in Miami?
All prices cover printing only — the garment is not included. You can choose a garment from our catalog or bring your own.
DTG printing: $32 per shirt for a single item, down to $6 per shirt on large orders. No minimum.
DTF printing: $16 per shirt at the 12-piece minimum, down to $6 per shirt on large orders.
Screen printing: $12–$15 per piece for one color at 12–23 pieces, down to $4–$6 per piece at 72–99 pieces. Orders of 100+ are quoted individually.

Q7. How much does embroidery cost in Miami?
Embroidery is $26 per item for a single piece, down to $4 per item on large orders. This covers designs up to 5,000 stitches; larger designs are quoted individually. Price covers embroidery only — the garment is not included. A one-time digitizing fee applies for new logos, and your file is saved for all future orders at no additional charge.
Q8. Is there a minimum order for custom printing?
It depends on the method. DTG printing, embroidery, silicone 3D print and vinyl printing have no minimum — we accept 1 piece. DTF printing and screen printing require a minimum of 12 pieces.
Q9. Do you charge a setup fee?
Screen printing has a one-time setup fee per color to prepare the screens. There are no setup fees for DTG, DTF, embroidery, silicone 3D or vinyl printing. Embroidery has a separate one-time digitizing fee for new logos.

Turnaround Time — Same-Day & Rush Orders
Q11. Do you offer same-day t-shirt printing in Miami?
Yes, Monday through Friday. Same-day service is available on most orders placed before 12:00 PM, and an additional rush fee applies. Depending on our current workload and the complexity of your order, we can often accommodate later same-day requests — just ask. Same-day service is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days for most orders. Large runs, orders with multiple print locations and complex artwork require additional production time. We confirm the exact timeline with your quote.

Q16. What is DTG printing?
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing is a digital method that prints full-color designs directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology. DTG is ideal for detailed, full-color designs, photo-quality prints and small orders with no minimum. King DTG specializes in DTG printing on cotton t-shirts, hoodies and tote bags.
Q17. What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a transfer-based printing method where designs are printed onto a special film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and dark fabrics with vibrant, durable results. Minimum order is 12 pieces.
We print DTF directly on garments and deliver finished apparel. We do not sell DTF gang sheets or transfer film.
Q18. What is screen printing and when should I use it?
Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil onto the fabric. It is the most cost-effective method for larger runs with a limited number of colors. Minimum order is 12 pieces, and the price per piece drops significantly as quantity increases. A one-time setup fee applies per color. Use screen printing for company uniforms, team shirts and bulk events.
Q19. What's the difference between DTG, DTF, and screen printing?
DTG is best for full-color, photo-quality prints in small quantities and has no minimum. DTF works on any fabric type including polyester and dark garments, from 12 pieces. Screen printing is most cost-effective for larger runs with simple designs, also from 12 pieces. King DTG offers all three methods to match your project.

Yes. King DTG provides professional embroidery on hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, bags, aprons and uniforms. We offer logo embroidery, text embroidery and 3D puff embroidery for businesses, restaurants, schools and teams across Miami. No minimum order.
Q21. Do you offer bulk t-shirt printing for businesses?
Yes. King DTG handles bulk printing for companies, restaurants, contractors, schools and events. Screen printing offers the best value at volume — $4–$6 per piece for one color at 72–99 pieces, with custom pricing on orders of 100 and above. We also produce corporate apparel, restaurant uniforms, contractor uniforms and team uniforms.
How to Order — Process & Design Help
Q22. What file format do you need for my design?
We accept PNG, SVG, PSD and AI. For best print quality, send a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher) with a transparent background. If you do not have a print-ready file, our team can help prepare it.
Q23. Do you provide design services?
Yes. Our graphic designers can create logos, fix low-quality images, vectorize artwork and prepare your design for printing. Send us your idea by email or WhatsApp and we'll quote the work along with your order.
Q24. Can I bring my own shirts for printing?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied garments for printing or embroidery. We are not responsible for issues caused by the supplied garment quality. Discuss requirements before drop-off by calling (954) 395-9109.
