No minimum. One cap for a new hire costs $26. The same cap on a volume run drops to $4. Send your logo and you have a written quote within the hour, any day of the week.
What We Embroider

Bring your own garments if you already buy a brand your crew likes — Dickies, Carhartt, Red Kap, Port Authority, Nike. We check the fabric and the placement first and tell you straight if it will not hold a clean stitch, before anybody pays for anything.
Same-Day Embroidery in Miami
Monday through Friday, a job dropped before noon can go out the same day. That covers the ones that always come up late: a new hire starting tomorrow, a trade show nobody told you about, a crew showing up on a job site in plain shirts.
Same-day carries a rush fee and we tell you the number before we start, never after.
Call first so we can check the machine queue — we would rather say no at 10 AM than let you down at 5 PM.
Saturday and Sunday we take orders online and answer within the hour, but there is no same-day production on weekends. Weekend jobs run Monday.
Stitch Count — What Is Included and What Costs More
Embroidery is priced by stitches, not by ink. Up to 5,000 stitches is included in the price. That covers almost every business logo: a name, a mark, a line of text under it.
Past 5,000 the price goes up, and it is worth knowing why. Heavy fill — a solid shape filled in thread rather than outlined — eats stitches fast. A large back design does too. If your logo runs over, we will show you where it sits and what trimming the fill or shrinking the mark saves you, before we quote.
Digitizing — Paid Once, Kept Forever
Your logo cannot go straight to an embroidery machine. It has to be digitized first: converted into a stitch path that tells the needle where to go, in what order, in which direction.
That is a one-time charge on your first order. After that your file lives with us. Reorder in March, in August, two years from now — same file, same result, no setup charge again, and the second shirt matches the first exactly. That is the part most people do not think about until they have ordered from two different shops and the logos do not match.
Turnaround and Reorders
Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 business days. Same-day Monday to Friday on jobs in before noon, with a rush fee.
Reorders are faster because the work is already done. Your file is digitized, your thread colors are recorded, your placement is on record. A restaurant that hires one server on Tuesday can have one embroidered polo on Wednesday — no minimum, no new setup, no reason to over-order "just in case."
We are open until 9 PM Monday to Friday. Most Miami print shops close at 5.

Price depends on three things: how many pieces, how many stitches, and what the garment is. Send the logo and the quantity and you get real numbers within the hour — not a "starting from" that changes once somebody looks at your file.
