When Embroidery Beats Printing
Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric, so there is nothing to crack, peel or fade in the wash. It outlasts the garment and reads as premium the moment someone touches it.
Choose embroidery for hats and caps, polos and dress shirts, jackets and fleece, workwear and aprons, and any logo that needs to look substantial rather than printed.
Choose printing instead when your design is photographic, uses many colors or fine gradients, or covers a large area of the chest or back. In those cases DTG printing or DTF transfers will look better and cost less. Thread cannot reproduce a photograph, and a large embroidered area makes a garment stiff.

All pricing covers designs up to 5,000 stitches — that comfortably fits a standard left-chest logo or a cap front. Larger or denser designs are quoted separately, because stitch count is what drives cost in embroidery.
A one-time digitizing fee applies to new artwork. Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machine can read — it is skilled work, done once. Reorders of the same design never pay it again.
These figures are a starting point, not a fixed rate. The final price depends on your stitch count, the number of placements, and the garment itself. Send us the file and we will price it exactly.

Bring your own garments and we will embroider on those after a compatibility check — some knits, waterproof coatings and thin performance fabrics do not hold stitches well, and we would rather tell you before than after.
Turnaround and Same-Day Embroidery
Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days depending on quantity and stitch count. New artwork adds digitizing time before stitching begins.
Same-day embroidery is available Monday through Friday. Call before noon and we will confirm whether your order can go out today — a rush fee applies. When the shop is running light we can often take same-day work later in the afternoon, so it is worth calling either way.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM, full service — call ahead before visiting. Saturday and Sunday we take orders online only; no walk-ins and no same-day on weekends. The quote form runs 24 hours a day.

How to Order

2. Get your quote. We reply within one hour during business hours with stitch count, exact price and turnaround.
3. Approve the stitch-out. For new artwork we send a digitized proof before production so you can see how the logo will read in thread.
4. Pick up or ship. Collect in Miami Gardens or we ship to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No. We embroider a single piece. Screen printing and DTF are the services that require 12 pieces — embroidery does not.
How much does embroidery cost?
A single piece starts from $26, and the price per piece drops sharply with quantity, down to $4 on large runs. Pricing covers designs up to 5,000 stitches and excludes the garment.
What is a digitizing fee?
Your logo has to be converted into a stitch file before a machine can sew it. That conversion is a one-time charge per design. Reorders of the same logo do not pay it again.
How many stitches is my logo?
A standard left-chest logo usually lands between 4,000 and 8,000 stitches depending on detail and fill. Send us the file and we will tell you exactly.
Can you embroider on my own garments?
Yes, after a compatibility check. Some performance fabrics, waterproof coatings and loose knits do not hold embroidery well.
Can you embroider hats?
Yes — caps, trucker hats, snapbacks and beanies. Caps are embroidered on a dedicated cap frame, not flat, which is what keeps the logo shaped correctly on a curved front.
Do you ship embroidery orders outside Miami?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is available in Miami Gardens.
