We embroider logos, text and monograms for Miami businesses, teams, schools and families, and we do it on our own machines in our own shop on NE Miami Gardens Drive. Nothing goes out to a third party, so when you call about an order, the person answering can walk over and look at it.
Our machines are two-head Ricoma MT-1502s. Each head carries fifteen needles, so fifteen thread colors stay loaded at once and two garments stitch at the same time. That is what lets a single hat and a run of five hundred polos move through the same shop without either one waiting on the other.
Caps run on a dedicated cap frame, not flat-hooped. It matters more than it sounds: on a flat hoop the design fights the curve of the panel and the brim gets in the way, and you can see it in the finished stitch. On a cap driver the design sits straight.
If you want a raised logo instead of flat thread, we also do silicone 3D in house — a soft, raised emblem that holds a sharp edge on caps and jackets where dense thread would flatten out. It carries no minimum either.
There is no minimum order on embroidery. New artwork carries a one-time digitizing fee to turn your file into a stitch file, and reorders of that same design never pay it again.

When Embroidery Beats Printing
Thread is stitched into the fabric, not laid on top of it, so embroidery does not crack, peel or fade the way a print eventually will. On a hat, a polo, a jacket or a work shirt that a crew wears five days a week, that is the difference between a logo that still looks right in two years and one that does not.
Embroidery is the right call when the design is a logo, a name, a monogram or lettering, when the garment is structured — caps, polos, quarter-zips, jackets, aprons, bags — and when the piece needs to read as premium rather than printed.
Printing is the right call when the artwork is a photograph, a gradient or a full-colour illustration, and when the design covers a large area. Thread cannot reproduce a photo, and a large stitched area turns stiff and heavy on the garment. For that we use DTG printing on cotton and DTF on blends and performance fabric.

Embroidery Prices in Miami
These are embroidery prices per piece. They cover the stitching, not the garment.
A single piece starts at $26. As the quantity goes up the per-piece price comes down, reaching $4 per piece on large runs.
There is no minimum — one piece is a real order at the single-piece price, not a favour.
Pricing at these levels covers designs up to 5,000 stitches, which is where a normal left-chest logo lands. A dense or oversized design above that is quoted on its own stitch count.
New artwork carries a one-time digitizing fee. That is the work of converting your logo into a stitch file — stitch paths, direction, density, pull compensation — and it happens once. Every reorder of that design runs without it.

What We Embroider
Headwear: caps, trucker hats, snapbacks, dad hats, beanies and visors. Caps run on a cap frame, so the design sits straight on the panel.
Shirts and layers: polos, dress shirts, button-downs, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips, fleece and softshell jackets.
Work and uniform: work shirts, scrubs, chef coats, aprons, hi-vis vests and contractor wear. A name plus a logo on the same piece is routine here, not a separate conversation.
Bags and goods: totes, backpacks, duffels, towels and blankets.
Bringing your own garments is fine. Send us the item or the product details first, or drop one piece by, and we will check it before we hoop anything. Thin performance knits, waterproof-coated shells and loose sweater knits do not always hold stitches cleanly, and we would rather tell you that before your garment is on the machine than after. When a fabric genuinely will not take thread, we say so and offer DTF instead rather than ruin the piece.
The two things we run most are branded caps and branded polos.
Turnaround and Same-Day Embroidery
Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 business days. New artwork adds time for digitizing, because the stitch file has to be made and test-stitched before production runs.
Same-day embroidery is available Monday through Friday on orders placed before noon, with a rush fee. Later in the afternoon is sometimes still possible — it depends on what is already on the machines, so call and ask rather than guess.
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. That 9:00 PM is worth knowing about: most embroidery shops in Miami are shut by late afternoon, so if your logo problem turns up at six in the evening on a Tuesday, there is still someone here to pick up the phone and start on it.
Saturday and Sunday are online orders only. The shop floor is closed, but the quote form runs 24 hours and we reply to quote requests within the hour, seven days a week.

2. Get a quote within the hour. During business hours you get a price, a quantity breakdown and a turnaround date. We answer seven days a week, weekends included.
3. Approve the stitch-out. For new artwork we digitize it and send you a proof of how it will actually stitch — thread colours, placement, size. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

Our Embroidery Setup and Why It Matters
Most embroidery quotes in Miami look the same on paper. What actually changes the result is the equipment and who is standing next to it.
Two-head, fifteen-needle Ricoma MT-1502 machines. Fifteen colours loaded at once means a multi-colour logo runs without stopping to rethread, and two heads mean two garments finish in the time one normally would. On a 50-piece polo order that is the difference between two days and four.
A dedicated cap driver. Caps are not flat-hooped here. The frame holds the curve of the panel so the stitch does not pull off-centre and the brim does not get in the way of the needle.
In-house digitizing. Your stitch file is made here, not bought from an overseas service, which means when a proof comes back wrong we change it the same day instead of waiting on someone else's queue.
Five decoration methods under one roof. Embroidery, DTG, DTF, screen printing and silicone 3D all live in the same building, so a mixed order — embroidered caps, printed tees, 3D-logo jackets — ships as one job on one date, not three.
