Custom Shirts in Miami — T-Shirts, Polos, Hoodies and Uniforms
Every kind of shirt, printed or embroidered, made in our own Miami Gardens shop since 2017. T-shirts, polos, hoodies, work shirts and full uniforms — DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, vinyl and silicone 3D all on our own machines, so a mixed order is one job with one deadline instead of two vendors.
No minimum on DTG printing or embroidery: one shirt, one polo, one hat is a real order.
Send your artwork, the garment and the quantity and you will have a real price within the hour — seven days a week, weekends included.

Why Miami Businesses Order Shirts From Us
Quote back in 1 hour, seven days a week. Send the garment, the quantity and your artwork and a real price comes back within the hour — Saturday and Sunday included. Not a range, not a call-back. The figure.
Open until 9:00 PM Monday to Friday. Almost every print shop in Miami locks the doors at five. If your shirts became urgent at 6 PM on a Tuesday, we are still here.
No minimum on DTG printing and embroidery. One shirt. One polo. One embroidered cap. Most shops that say "low minimum" still mean three, six or twelve pieces. Ours is one.
Printed and stitched under one roof. DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, vinyl and silicone 3D run on our own machines. Nothing is brokered out — which is why a deadline we give is a deadline we control.
Mixed orders are one job. Printed tees for the crew and embroidered polos for the managers, same artwork, same week, one invoice. Shops that only print have to send the embroidery somewhere else, and that is where dates slip.
No setup fee on DTG and DTF. No charge for extra colours either — a photograph costs the same as a one-colour logo.
Your logo digitized once, kept forever. The embroidery file stays on our machine. Reorder in six months and you pay the digitizing fee zero times again.
Equipment that does the work properly. A Ricoma MT-1502 two-head, fifteen-needle machine for embroidery and a Schulze Pretreatmaker IV for DTG pre-treatment — which is why whites stay even across a run instead of going patchy on shirt forty.
English and Spanish, both spoken in the shop.

Custom Shirt Types We Print
T-shirts — cotton, blends and performance fabric. Printed by DTG, DTF or screen depending on quantity and material.
Polo shirts — the most-ordered corporate garment we make. Almost always embroidered, because stitching survives washing and sits right on a collar where ink cracks.
Hoodies and sweatshirts — printed or embroidered, including heavyweight fleece and zip-through.
Athletic and performance shirts — jerseys, dri-fit, compression. These go to DTF; DTG ink will not bond to polyester.
Work shirts and uniforms — button-downs, twill, mechanic shirts, high-visibility. Company name on the chest, crew name on the sleeve, embroidered.
Kids and youth shirts — full size range, no minimum. School groups usually order ones and twos across every size.
Memorial shirts — photographs reproduce properly on DTG, which is why families come to us for these rather than to a bulk printer.
Birthday and event shirts — small, full-colour, often needed this week.
Bringing your own garments is fine. Send the brand and style number with your quote request so we can confirm the fabric takes the method you want before you buy them.
Printing Methods
DTG — Direct-to-Garment
Ink printed straight into the fabric, like an inkjet onto paper. Unlimited colours at one price, so a photograph costs the same as a logo. Best for cotton and high-cotton blends, and for runs of one to fifty.
Minimum: none · Setup fee: none · $32 for one piece, down to $6 at volume
DTF — Direct-to-Film
Printed onto film and heat-pressed on top of the fabric, so it does not care what the garment is made of. The method for polyester, performance wear, nylon and anything stretchy. We press and finish the garments — we do not sell transfer sheets.
Minimum: 12 pieces · Setup fee: none · From $16 each at 12, down to $6 at volume
Screen Printing
Thick ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. Unbeatable per-piece price once the run is large and the colour count is simple.
Minimum: 12 pieces · Setup fee: one-time, per colour · $12–15 each at 12–23 for one colour, $8–11 at 24–47, $5–8 at 48–71, $4–6 at 72–99
Embroidery
Stitched, not printed. The right answer for polos, caps, jackets, work shirts and anything that gets washed weekly for years. Up to 5,000 stitches included.
Minimum: none — we stitch a single piece · One-time digitizing fee, then free forever · $26 for one piece, down to $4 at volume
Vinyl
Cut vinyl letters and numbers, pressed on individually. The standard for team rosters, player names and one-off personalisation.
Minimum: none · Quoted per job — it depends on the number of cuts, not the number of shirts
Standard print area is 14" x 16". Oversized prints up to 16" x 21" cost extra, and sizes above XL add $3 per piece. Not sure which one you need? Tell us the garment, the artwork and the quantity. We run all six methods, so the recommendation is about your job, not about the machine we happen to own.

No minimum on DTG printing or embroidery. No setup fee on DTG or DTF. Screen printing carries a one-time setup fee per colour, and embroidery a one-time digitizing fee — both quoted before you commit, and the embroidery file is kept so reorders never pay it again.
What the price covers. These are per-piece printing and embroidery prices. The garment itself is separate — we can source blanks for you or print on garments you supply. Tell us which when you ask for a quote and the number you get back will be the whole thing, not a figure that grows later.
What moves the final figure: print size, how many locations, ink coverage, stitch count and the garment. A left-chest logo and a full back print are different jobs. Hoodies cost more than tees. Sizes above XL add $3.
Send what you have and you will have a real price within the hour, seven days a week.

Events and promoters — full-colour event shirts, small runs, short notice.
Sports teams — printed jerseys with numbers and embroidered coaching polos, one order, one deadline.
Memorial shirts — photograph-quality prints for families, often needed within days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order just one shirt?
Yes. DTG printing and embroidery have no minimum at all — one t-shirt, one polo, one cap. Screen printing and DTF start at 12 pieces, because that is where their per-piece price starts to make sense.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 business days from artwork approval. Same-day printing is available Monday to Friday on orders placed and approved before noon, with a rush fee we name when we quote. There is no production on Saturday or Sunday — so for a weekend event, order by Thursday and pay no rush fee at all.
How much does a custom shirt cost?
A printed shirt is $32 for one piece, dropping to $6 at volume. An embroidered shirt or polo is $26 for one, dropping to $4. These are printing and embroidery prices; the garment is quoted separately, and we can supply it or print on yours.
Should my shirts be printed or embroidered?
Embroidery for polos, work shirts, caps and jackets — anything washed constantly, where stitching outlasts ink. Printing for t-shirts, photographs, gradients and full-colour artwork. For a mixed order we do both in one job.
Which printing method will I get?
Cotton and a small run: DTG. Polyester, performance or anything stretchy: DTF. A large run of a simple design: screen printing. Names and numbers: vinyl. We choose it from your garment and quantity and tell you why.
Can you print photographs and on dark shirts?
Yes to both. Dark garments are pre-treated and printed with a white underbase first, which is what keeps colours full instead of sinking into the fabric. We run a Schulze Pretreatmaker IV for that step rather than spraying by hand, so the white stays even across a whole run.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. Send the brand and style number with your quote request so we can confirm the fabric before you buy them.

How Ordering Works
Send what you have. The garment, the quantity, your artwork and the date you need it. If the artwork is rough, or all you have is a photo of an old shirt, send it anyway — we will tell you what can be done with it before you pay for anything.
Get a real price within the hour. Seven days a week, weekends included. With it comes the method we recommend and the reason, so you can see whether a different quantity or a different garment would cost you less.
Approve the details. Garment, sizes, print locations and the mock-up, confirmed in writing before anything goes on a press or a hoop.
We produce. Standard is 2 to 5 business days. Same-day is possible Monday to Friday on orders approved before noon, with a rush fee.
Collect or have it shipped. Pickup Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM at the Miami Gardens shop. We ship across South Florida and nationwide.
Reorder in one message. Your artwork stays on file and so does the digitized embroidery file. A repeat run needs nothing from you but the quantity.
