King DTG LLC ("King DTG", "we", "us") operates www.kingdtg.com and provides custom printing and embroidery services from 1301 NE Miami Gardens Dr, Suite 103, Miami Gardens, FL 33179. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us directly:
- Name, phone number, email address and shipping address
- Order details: service type, garment, quantity, sizes, colors and decoration placement
- Artwork and design files you upload or send us
- Names, numbers and sizes when you order personalized team, school or staff apparel
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook

Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent
- Cookies and similar technologies used for website functionality, analytics and advertising

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- To prepare quotes, process orders and deliver finished goods
- To contact you about your order and answer questions
- To digitize and store your logo so that reorders do not repeat setup work
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed:

- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile) — advertising, conversion measurement and website analytics
- Wix — website hosting and form submissions
- Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and ManyChat — messaging and customer communication
- WhatsApp — customer communication
- Payment processors — payment handling
- Shipping carriers — delivery of orders

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

4. COOKIES AND ADVERTISING

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including those provided by Google, to operate the site, measure traffic and measure the performance of our advertising.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

5. YOUR ARTWORK AND DESIGNS

You keep all rights to the artwork and designs you send us. We use your files only to produce your order.

We store digitized embroidery files and print-ready artwork so that reorders of the same design do not repeat setup charges. You can ask us to delete your stored artwork at any time.

We may photograph finished products and show them as examples of our work on our website and social media. If you do not want your order shown, tell us before production and we will not publish it.

6. PERSONALIZED ORDERS AND THIRD-PARTY NAMES

When you order team, school or staff apparel, you may send us names, numbers and sizes belonging to other people, including minors. We use that information only to produce your order and delete the roster after production is complete and the order period has passed.

If you are ordering on behalf of a school, league, church or employer, you are responsible for having the right to share that information with us.

7. DATA RETENTION

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Digitized artwork is kept indefinitely so that reorders remain simple, unless you ask us to delete it. Rosters and personalization lists are deleted after the order is complete.

8. DATA SECURITY

Our website and forms use encrypted HTTPS connections. Data is stored on platforms that maintain industry-standard protections, and access is limited to authorized staff who need it to fulfill orders.

Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You may ask us to:
- Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, including stored artwork, where we are not required to keep it by law
- Stop contacting you for marketing purposes

Email printing@kingdtg.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for making one.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. King DTG does not sell personal information. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the Google Ads Settings and vendor opt-out links in section 4, or email us using the address above.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard for them has been adopted.

10. CHILDREN

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Where a school, team or organization sends us student names for personalization, that information is handled under section 6.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Our services are offered from the United States and intended for customers in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
